Need an effective diet supplement for weight loss? Checkout Raspberry Ketones!
In recent years, Raspberry Ketones have become a well-known weight loss supplement to help burn fat and promote weight loss. Manufacturers say their product can aid fat loss, even when taken without diet changes or exercise. Many fitness experts and enthusiasts swear by it, and many people are curious to try it. However, what else do we know about this weight loss pill? With this informative feature, we’ll shed more light into how they work to help with weight loss.
What are Raspberry Ketones?
Raspberry Ketones are natural compounds that give raspberries their potent aroma. It’s an FDA-approved ingredient that has been used for years as a flavoring in different types of food like cookies, meat products and cereal. In fact, many people consume small amounts of it in the food they eat without even knowing it. The substance can also be found in small amounts in other fruits like cranberries and kiwi.
The Connection Between Raspberry Ketones and Weight Loss
Scientists found it’s similar in chemical structure to two fat-burning compounds: synephrine, commonly extracted from bitter orange, and capsaicin, a compound found in chili pepper. Many studies have revealed these two compounds increase metabolism and reduce fat tissue. Thus, scientists surmise Raspberry Ketones could produce a similar effect. To prove this theory, they conducted tests.
Raspberry Ketones Tested on Mice with High-Fat Diet
Scientists administered the compound to a group of mice fed with a high-fat diet. A second group was also given a high-fat diet, but without doses of the compound. By the end of the test, the mice who received Raspberry Ketones weighed 50 grams, while the other group of mice who didn’t get it weighed 55 grams. The test showed the first group of mice weighed 10 percent less than the second group. These results led scientists to conclude Raspberry Ketones work to help suppress weight gain.
Fat-Burning Lab Tests with Raspberry Ketones
To test the effects of Raspberry Ketones on fat, scientists isolated fat cells from rats and cultured them in test tubes. Once they added Raspberry Ketones to the fat cells, they observed it boosted lipolysis, which is the process of breaking down fat into glycerol and free fatty acids. It also made fat cells release more adiponectin, a hormone that regulates blood sugar levels and metabolism. Increased adiponectin levels are also associated with lower risk of heart disease, obesity and type 2 diabetes. With these findings, scientists concluded it is possible to raise the adiponectin levels naturally to aid weight loss.
These supporting studies reveal how Raspberry Ketones help reduce fat and induce weight loss. Many men and women also claim it’s effective in helping them manage their weight. However, just remember: no diet pill can outweigh the full benefits of a healthy diet and regular exercise. It’s still important to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
