How to Do Jumping Jacks

  1. Stand straight up with your arms to your side. Keep your feet together.
  2. Jump and raise your arms to touch over your head. Your legs should spread apart when you raise your arms.
  3. Then, go back to the starting position. Jump back and put your legs together. Your hands should move down to your sides once your legs snap back together. This completes 1 rep.
  4. Keep doing Jumping Jacks within 10 to 15 seconds or for as long as you can.
