How to Do Flutter Kicks with Squats
- Stand with your legs apart just as far as your shoulders. Place your hands in front of you for better balance.
- Bend your knees. Step one foot forward (this is the first kick). Then, step the opposite foot forward bringing your other foot back (this is the second kick). Take note: this movement should be done fast.
- Lower your body and bend your knees to do a squat.
- Again, lift your body up and repeat the movement from the original position. Keep doing flutter kicks as many times as you can depending on the time allotted for each round.
