How to Do Skaters
- Start by jumping to the side. If you jump to the left with your left foot, you must bend your right arm forward and step your right foot behind your left ankle. The move looks similar to a skating motion.
- Alternate this movement with your other leg. This completes one rep.
- Repeat this move within 10 to 15 seconds or for as long as you can.
