How to Do the Child’s Pose
- Start by kneeling on the floor. Bring your feet together and sit on your heels.
- Sit with your knees as wide as your hips.
- Gently lower your chest forward. Keep your head gazing down. Try to go as low as you can. You can do this while extending your arms forward on the floor or keeping your arms to your sides.
- Hold this pose and take deep breaths.
